How do I set up an account? . . .
All you need is a valid ABN and business in our service area. Then simply call 02 6554 6006 and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I place an order? . . .
You can either

- text our office mobile on 0429 033 903
- email your order to orders@ajwilsonfoods.com or
- request an online account to be set up.
What is the delivery schedule? . . .

What’s the latest I can put my order in? . . .
For delivery in the Forster-Tuncurry area you will need to ensure your order is in by 8am for a morning delivery and 12 noon for an afternoon delivery.
For deliveries outside of Forster-Tuncurry you need to ensure your order has been placed by 12 midnight the night before your delivery at the very latest so our team have enough time to pick & pack your order and we can come back to you if we have any products unavailable and offer an alternative.
What happens when I receive my delivery? . . .
As we pride ourselves on our service, we will even put away your products according to your instructions.
How do I get a statement if I have a weekly or monthly account? . . .
A statement is automatically generated and emailed to you every Sunday if you have a weekly account or at the end of the month for those of you that have a monthly account.
When do I have to pay my account? . . .
Payment is due by the Wednesday after you’ve received your statement.
Can I get a Saturday delivery? . . .
Saturday deliveries are reserved for approved account holders only. Please speak to your area representative about becoming one.
